The Hot Shots (formerly Harlem Hot Shots) is a professional swing dance company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 2002, sprung from The Rhythm Hot Shots, the group brings over 20 years of experience and dedication to swing-era dances rooted in Harlem, New York, such as the Lindy hop, Charleston, Authentic Jazz and Tap. The company aims to create personal and innovative stage performances while respectfully paying tribute to the rich African American swing dance traditions of the 1920s-50s.

BOOKING & CONTACT

We produce full length shows for theatre settings but also specialize in one-time performances at all kinds of festivities. The Hot Shots are also closely connected to the jazz establishment Chicago Swing Dance Studio (Hornsgatan 75), arranging jazz clubs, dance classes and more. All members of the group teach regularly at Chicago, and at swing dance festivals all around the globe.
